What is your return policy?
We offer 30 day exchange policy on all items. Some items have longer warranty on them and will be serviced or replaced. We also have a satisfaction guarantee policy, if you receive an item that breaks immediately after using we will refund the price of the product.

What is the processing time on orders?
We try to ship the same day for most items. We ship no later than 2 days after purchasing. If you would like for us to ship your item the same day (if possible, depending on time purchased) please contact us and we will make sure to get it done for you.
