Refunds are offered for defective items when the customer is not satisfied with their purchase because the item is defective or not what was described. Shipping is not refundable on certain items. If you received "free shipping" on certain items you will receive a deduction in the refund for the actual price paid for shipping your item to you.
Exchanges are offered for defective items for up to 1 year, depending on the warranty of the product. Some items may need to be serviced at a certified service center. You will not be required to pay shipping for the exchanged item. Some items do have a lifetime warranty and we will honor these warranties.
You are protected on all sales. We are an actual business and a complaint can be filed on our business by doing a chargeback, dispute, or filing a claim with the better business bureau.
